1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account (name, email, username), rip packs or manage your vault (transaction data), and use the platform (activity logs, device info).

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate BossRipz, process deposits and redemptions, send account updates, prevent fraud, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Payment processing

Boss Bucks purchases and redemptions are processed through a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

4. Communications

We send transactional emails (deposit confirmations, redemption updates) and, if opted in, product announcements. You can manage notification preferences in Settings at any time.

5. Showroom visibility

Your username, display name, bio, and vault (unless set to private) are visible to other collectors on your public showroom. You can adjust what's shown in Settings → Vault privacy.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days, except where required by law.

7. Your rights

You can update your profile and preferences in Settings, and delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. To request a data export or raise a privacy concern, email privacy@bossripz.com.

8. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how the platform is used. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
