1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using BossRipz, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BossRipz. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. Do not share your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Boss Bucks
Boss Bucks are an in-app currency used to purchase packs on BossRipz. Boss Bucks are not legal tender, cannot be transferred between accounts, and have no value outside the platform except through the redemption process described below.
5. Packs and odds
Each pack lists its rarity odds before purchase. Pack contents are generated at the time of rip. All rips are final — packs cannot be returned or refunded once opened.
6. Vault and sell-back
Cards pulled from packs are added to your vault. You may sell a card back to BossRipz at any time for its listed sell-back value. BossRipz does not support trading or selling cards directly between users.
7. Deposits and redemptions
Boss Bucks purchased with real money are non-refundable except as required by law. Boss Bucks may be redeemed for USD once your balance meets the minimum redemption threshold, subject to standard processing time.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with BossRipz. Attempting to manipulate pack odds or exploit bugs is grounds for account suspension.
9. Intellectual property
All players, teams, and sets on BossRipz are original and fictional. BossRipz is not affiliated with any real sports league, team, athlete, or trading card manufacturer.
10. Limitation of liability
BossRipz is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BossRipz is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, pack odds outcomes, or account activity.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of BossRipz after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
